Berger Food Safety Consulting is open for business! We are busy helping our clients keep up with the best practices in food safety and dealing with the coronavirus issues facing us today.
There are some changes in how we will be conducting our classes in response to the COVID-19 virus.
In the short-term, classes will be held via live interactive video conferencing. All individuals registered for a class will be given an invitation to the live course by email. That’s easy enough, but the exam must be taken in the presence of a ServSafe proctor. Our testing center is open and you can make individual appointments to take the exam. All testing stations will be disinfected between testers. We are limiting the number of testers to insure we meet or exceed the CDC guidelines for “social distancing”. There is no timeline requirements between the course and the time in which the exam must be taken.
If you’re already registered for a class and do not want to participate in the interactive video conferencing, please let us know and we will reschedule you at no charge for a later date or issue a full refund.
In addition to the live interactive video conferencing, we also have an online course that can be taken at your convenience. Please feel free to contact our office for more information.
