Professional Biography

Background:

After college and a short career in the Financial industry, Ms. Todd-Cahill graduated from The California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA following her lifelong passion for cooking. Ms. Todd-Cahill has worked for well over twenty years in many different food establishments. Her experience covers fine dining, catering of every imaginable type of event, personal chef, casual American BBQ, and retail prepared food production. More recently she has transitioned into a career in Food Safety. She truly enjoys sharing her knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations through inspections and in the field training and in her new job as a Food Safety Consultant.
